Alcoholic Beverage Consultants, LLC provides a full range of services related to alcohol and tobacco licensing matters.  Below is a list of a few specific services we provide:

• License and Site Acquisition/License Transfers – Each State, Municipality and/or County has varying requirements to acquire an alcohol and tobacco license.  ABC assists clients through the entire licensing process.  ABC has numerous close contacts with state alcohol and tobacco enforcement agencies as well as local municipal and county governments.  We will make every effort to expedite the processing of your application.
  
  ABC can also assist with all aspects of site acquisition and the preparation of legal opinions required by lenders on single or multiple site acquisitions or buildouts
  
  
• License Renewals - ABC assists clients in the annual process of renewing permits and licenses for states and municipalities.
  
  
• License changes – ABC assists clients with changes to their original license such as name change, corporate officer change or relocations. 
  
  
• Defense and appeal of Licensing violations/litigation – ABC assists in the defense of citations or allegations of infractions of municipal or state laws.
  
  
• Responsible Vendor Training –  ABC advises clients on how to qualify and remain current for responsible vendor designations through training programs designed to provide licensees’ employees additional training related to compliance with federal, state and local laws while having the added benefit of providing the responsible vendor designee/licensee an opportunity for leniency in the unfortunate event of an infraction of any type of alcohol or tobacco related law.
  
  
• Distilleries/Breweries/Wineries – Assist distilleries, breweries and wineries in the federal, state and municipal permitting, label approval process, and compliance.
  
  
• Tax Matters– ABC can help you or your company answer tax questions related to state, county or municipality specific tax requirements and compliance.
